Hey, remember back in the distant past (of the 80s) when Hollywood (after crumbling into ruin a bit, and then coming back with blockbusters) had a mystique about it? City of Dreams.
This painting is about a time like that (if it ever existed), filled with blue skies, palm trees, and Spanish tile roofs. A great way to remember a time and place when we still had movie stars in theaters (along with the smell of stale popcorn and cheap butter-flavored soybean oil). Magic times!
A print of this painting is available on my art site, in a variety of sizes and frame styles. The perfect decor for your room of movie memorabilia. Or even your kitchen. I bet it would look great there.
